PakTurk Family would like to take delight to congratulate all its members who succeeded in reviving PakTurk
Traditional Victory at Intel Science Olympiad held on 20th Nov. 2013 at Habib Public School Boys Campus. There were total 270 abstracts out of which 50 abstracts were selected. There were two different categories: group work & individual effort. Participants were allowed to display their projects on 20th Nov.; it was a day for judges to gather their opinions & to ponder over their judgments.
Karachi Girls Campus was fortunate enough to bag victory in BEST CATEGORY in CHEMISTRY. The topic of the winning abstract was, “USE OF ELECTROLYSIS TO BREAK MICROBIAL FUEL CELL FOR SWERGE REDUCTION IN OUR ACTIVATED SWEREGE PROCESS” & the winning team were Ms. Jabina Ahmad (supervisor) & Hira Zubair (student). Their untiring effort & indomitable courage made this victory possible. We hope success for them at National level also. We are also happy to announce that another abstract of Botany “Bryopsis Pennata-a new source of food & remedy of diseases” prepared by Ms. Samer-un-nisa (supervisor) & Sonia Shahani (student), has also been selected to compete at National level.
We pray for their success at National level. We hope that they will uplift the honor of PakTurk & its flag will wave higher again than ever.
