The importance of sports can never be denied in a student’s life. That’s why the institution of PakTurk has always focused the development of this healthy activity in its students from the very start. Keeping up the tradition PakTurk Intl. Schools and Colleges Khayaban-e-Ameen campus duly celebrated its annual sports day 2013 at the G block ground Khayaban-e-Ameen. Mr. Mehmet Ali Şeker, Principal PakTurk Islampura Branch and Mr. Sahir Rasheed, CEO Sahir Associates and Chairman, PakTurk Businessmen Association (PTBA) graced the ceremony as being the chief guests. The program formally started with the recitation, followed by National Anthems of Pakistan and Turkey. Afterwards was the March Past from class 1 till 5. The children marched in their lines shaking the earth like soldiers. Next was the enchanting performance of class 1 and 2 students who welcomed the guests with their beautiful smiles and movements. The students of class 3, 4 and 5 showed a great P.T display following the drum beats expertly. Next was gymnastics which included Tiger jumps of class 4 and 5 boys and tower by class 3 girls. Afterwards was the breathtaking performance of class 4 and 5 girls who performed continuously with the Hula Hoop without letting it dropped. The aerobics of class 3, 4 and 5 girls was also a splendid performance which was appreciated by the guests.
The day infused a new hope and energy into the hearts of our beloved students who will now strive hard and put in more effort into work in a more comfortable environment.
