PRESIDENT AJK VISITED PAKTURK ICEF

President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan visited the PakTurk ICEF Head Office on November 28, 2013 in Islamabad. He was accompanied by Mr. Faisal Karim Kundi, Former Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Ms Farzana Yaqoob, Minister for Social Welfare AJK and Mr. Sadiq Sanjrani, Former CIEF Coordinator for the Prime Minister of Pakistan.

Having briefed about the activities and prospects of the PakTurk educational foundation and institutions, Hon. President AJK took a round of the PakTurk H-8 Girls Campus along with his delegation. Appreciating the Foundation for its selfless and outstanding services to the development and dissemination of education across Pakistan, Hon. Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan expressed his wish to see the opening of PakTurk educational institutions for the benefit of the AJK youth.

Emphasizing the perpetuity of the relationship between Pakistan and Turkey, Hon. President termed the field of education as the frontrunner of various bilateral collaborations such as in construction, trade, commerce, housing, security and so on.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Faisal Karim Kundi and Ms Farzana Yaqoob stated that investment in education has a lasting effect which contributes to nation building and a competitive youth. Especially computer-aided education and spacious educational facilities expand students’ horizons, they shared. Mr. Sadiq Sanjrani stated his pleasure to be at PakTurk ICEF premises and termed the PakTurk educational institutions among the most important and best in the world.

Hon. President and the delegation congratulated the PakTurk ICEF executives and the PakTurk H-8 Girls Campus administrators and teachers for their dedication and establishing a unique school culture that nurtures mutuality and constructive thought for the bright future of Pakistan. They prayed for the continuity of the unconditional love and collaboration between the two countries.
